"This will be an excellent opportunity to see the latest Summa cutters, and have hands-on experience of their features," said business manager Justin Hines.
The S-Class range, which comes in widths of 75cm, 120cm and 160cm, includes features such as touch screen controls, dual protection strips, variable pressure pinch rollers and Summa's optical positioning with X sensor (OPOS X).
There are also two cutting options: a drag knife cutting head or motor controlled rotary knife head.
