The Dunstable group has been trading for 20 years, supplying advertising, market research, production and printing services to the advertising and design sectors.
SPS Printings last set of accounts, for the year to 30 June 2000, showed a pre-tax loss of 143,915 on sales of 4.59m.
SPS Advertising made a 99,000 pre-tax profit on turnover of 2.46m for the same period.
The groups customers included Mercedes-Benz, Gretag, OfficeSMART, Smith & Williamson, OAG and Pixology.
