Former chief executive Conor OBrien, who oversaw the company's flotation last December, will resume his business and technical development role by becoming technical director.
The main purpose is that TripleArc wants to be a more customer-focused business, a spokesman said.
Jason is a hands-on, customer-facing person and Conor is very much interested in business development, structure and possible acquisitions. Its basically just a change of focus.
Cromack joined the firm when it bought his print management firm gl2, now a division of TripleArc.
TripleArc has been awarded a contract to supply its iPMS2Print internet print management system to Corporate Document Services (CDS), part of the W+G Baird Group. CDS is a specialist media and print management services company for the public sector.
