Three take control of Central Colour

David Fortune, Richard Limer and Andy Baxter (l-r) have bought out the remaining majority shareholdings at Central Colour, based in Nottingham.

The three, now all joint managing directors, acquired the shares from the company's founders, Geoff Jordan and Brian Evans, who have now retired but are advising Central Colour for a short time.

Fortune, Limer and Baxter already had 10% each in Central Colour. Ten years ago Baxter featured in a PrintWeek profile and he said that his ambition was to own his own company. Looks like he's achieved his goal.
