Since The NET started in 1995 it has welcomed 4,500 primary school pupils from Tower Hamlets in London and 2,000 secondary school pupils from the South East.
The registered charity, based at West Ferry Printers in London Docklands, enables school pupils to design their front pages and see the plant in operation.
The NET director Anna Pangbourne said: "This years primary places all went over five days in June and were 90% fully booked for secondary schools this year."
Last week The NET held an open day to show sponsors the computer equipment bought with the 60,000 donated in 2001.
