Chris Watson is to remain as chairman of the gravure pre-press group, but managing director Ian Hewson has become group commercial director in light of his plans to retire in due course.
Hewson was asked by the new team to offer his support and experience within the business and at board level during the next few months before he announces his retirement, said Watson.
John Courtman, who was previously deputy group managing director, has already taken over as managing director.
Tony Williams, managing director of Tecnolabel, now becomes group print and packaging director, while Eamonn Blaney, site operations director of Tecnograv Milton Keynes, steps up to become group origination director.
David Ettie, Lister Cumming and Wincent Kordula remain as sales, gravure and financial directors.
"Everyone in the new management team has played key roles in Tecnogravs growth and all have ambitious plans for continued expansion in the gravure market and the development of the companys graphic management solutions for major corporate clients," said Watson.
