The firm claimed it would become one of the UKs largest independent integrated mailing groups with the addition of 15m to its turnover.
"Our strategy is to develop as a DM and fulfilment group before Inchbrook we lacked certain services," said TeCmail managing director Chris Thomas. It was those services and the "geographical spread" that "were the main attraction", he said.
"They [Inchbrook] are in Gloucestershire and Bristol and we are in the South East."
TeCmail will add 240 staff and a number of new services, including intelligent enclosing, specialist sheetfed colour printing, high-volume continuous security and financial printing, as well as a call centre.
It will also boost its capacity for machine and hand enclosing, data management and laser printing.
TeCmails workforce will now number approximately 400, but Thomas insisted there would be no job losses and that sites would not close.
"Thats a very genuine and firm no. Theres very little overlap," he insisted.
Inchbrook was at number 155 in last years PrintWeek Top 500 with sales of 14.2m and pre-tax profits of 1.24m.
