The free service, named after the firm's head of used equipment sales, Mark Stribley aims to give printers an accurate guide to the value of their used machines.
"They might want to use this information as a comparative figure, or just to get a very good idea of the value of their current machine," said Stribley.
The firm hopes that the guide will become as indispensable to printers as the Parker's Guide is to the car industry.
Initially it will not be available in printed form, and a firm will supply the specifications of its press to Stribley. With over 10 years in the secondhand sector, he will then come up with a precise valuation.
The service is only available for Heidelberg and MAN Roland machines, although it will extend to other presses in the future.
