The Dronfield, Derbyshire trade finisher, founded by owner Darren White three years ago, is now aiming to hit a turnover of 200,000 after the 5,500cph machine's installation.
White said that he made the investment to move short-run, quick-turnaround jobs away from an existing Muller line, which is now dedicated to long-run production.
He said: "It's been really good and although it was a big investment I've saved a fortune on staff costs. A very short job of around 500 copies used to take up to six hours, but now we can do a job like that in half an hour."
He said that typical jobs on the StitchLiner included 2,000-run, 64pp football programmes for clubs such as Chesterfield, Boston United and Port Vale.
