The 130-staff design and print firm will move from its current Wellingborough facility to the new site, which will house a new 2m B1 10-colour MAN Roland 700, by the end of October.
It will sit alongside an eight-colour MAN Roland 700 and a 10-colour Heidelberg SM 102 in the new plant.
Sterling marketing director Chris Timm said the move would allow the firm to offer a full service from creative work, both in print and online, through to production and fulfilment.
The move comes as it seeks greater national coverage after a new Scottish office opened in a link with Edinburgh creative agency Pure Design.
In addition, the firm has been boosted by a 50,000 contract win from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors to develop a print and online careers guide.
