The album, published by Panini, is part of a promotional giveaway, which began at the end of April, for Sunday newspaper, News of the World.
St Ives Roche and Peterborough printed the full-colour album, which comprised a 4pp UV varnished front cover printed on 240gsm Aurocard. The main 64pp text section was produced on a MAN Roland Lithoman IV using Uno Web LWC stock, with the covers printed on a Komori Lithrone L540.
The album was then stitched on Peterboroughs Ferag line, before the 1,000 pallets of finished items were delivered to NI by 30 lorries, over a three-day period.
Panini head of production at Mark Irvine said: St Ives produced a quality product even with a fluctuating pagination and liquid schedule finalised only at the eleventh hour.
The giveaway is thought to be the world's largest sticker album newspaper promotion to date.
