St Ives Graphic Media, part of St Ives Direct, has signed up for RealTimeProof.com, the online proofing service from RealTimeImage.
The Bradford-based firm initially signed up for a three-month demonstration period, then opted for a further 12 months.
St Ives Direct and its customers can access RealTimeProof.com via any internet connection. The firm can post current projects on the site and alert all users by e-mail.
St Ives Graphic Media technical manager Stephen Prince said customers were amazed that the firm could stream so much high-res data via the internet.
Users can view documents at full resolution and annotate with electronic "sticky notes".
RealTimeProof.com uses RealTimeImages patented streaming technology, Pixels-on-Demand.
