The Irish-owned company reported a 12% increase in revenue for the first quarter of 2007, while turnover was £15.4m (€22.7m) for the year ending 31 December 2006, up 12% year on year.
The company, which was founded in 1984 and pays annual royalties to the Australian Snap Printing Group, operates under a franchise model, with every Snap Printing business owned and operated by individual franchise owners.
Snap Printing group managing director Muiris Murphy said the company was currently looking for franchisees to expand the brand into Northern Ireland and Britain.
“Continuing on our expansion plans, we are now looking to the north of Ireland and the UK to further grow our business,” Murphy said.
“We are looking for quality people who are capable of building and sustaining their own business within our franchise system.”
The shops provide printing services – including marketing communication advice, graphic design, direct mail, promotional products, point of sale, personalisation and fulfillment services, presentation of quarterly and annual reports and all forms of digital and litho printing – direct to consumers and businesses.
The company employs 180 staff across 23 Irish franchises, with just over half in Dublin and the rest in regional centres. The most recent outlet opened in Wexford in February this year.
Last year, Snap also completed a £2.72m investment in developing its 20,000 square-foot centralised facility at Baldonnell, Dublin.
Snap also has worldwide operations in Australia, New Zealand and China.
