The Turbojet is a next-generation machine building on the heritage of the Pressjet and Idanit, with higher speed and quality.
It is capable of producing up to 70 1.65x3.7m sheets or 400m2 per hour, more than double its predecessor, at the same resolution.
Target markets for the Turbojet include retail and exhibition and high-volume outdoor graphics including billboards and bus shelters.
It will print onto standard uncoated media and onto speciality stocks such as self-adhesive vinyl and Tyvek.
The machine includes a dryer and delivery table. It uses a six-colour (LCLMCMYK) ink set and operates at either 448dpi or 336dpi.
