ScenicSoft has launched new versions of its trapping software, TrapWise, and its packaging imposition package, Pandora.
TrapWise 3.2 is claimed to have improved colour handling, speed, full control of colour mapping and overprinting, and the ability to output composite files that use the in-RIP separation. The Windows NT version includes a copy of ColorCentral Lite for automated trapping of print queues.
The latest version of Pandora works with native PDF files and adds support for DDES2 cutter die files and ink mapping from spot to spot, spot to process and process to spot.
ScenicSoft UK reseller Positive Focus is also offering a 2,000 discount on its Preps Pro imposition software, which usually costs 4,995, for firms that want to switch from other imposition software.
