The Scottish squad emerged from a semi-final scrap with London's Reflections to see off Warners (Midlands) by four goals to nil in a thrilling final at the JJB Soccerdome.
PrintWeek tournament pundit and Peterborough manager Barry Fry said the Scottish side, who swept through the early rounds with ease, were "a different class".
Fry showed a keen interest in 18-year-old striker David Craig who was awarded the golden boot for his extraordinary 14-goal tally.
Fry and commentator Stuart Hall presented SCA with their cup and winners' medals. This is the first time in the tournament's history that a team has successfully defended the title.
The plate competition was won by Stehlin Hostag A team.
Full details and photos from the event will be published in PrintWeek this Friday (2 August).
