Rickman, who has been freelancing for Fishburn Hedges and CGI among others, joined Emma Borland, who is also print production director with equal seniority, and Jamie Spall, print production manager. He replaces Claire Dicken after receiving a "call out of the blue" in early February.
Pauffleys core business is financial annual reports and corporate promotional literature.
"Id been biding my time waiting for the right position and this is it," said Rickman.
