He had been reported missing on 29 July by his family and was found in four feet of water in Pine Lake. He was 66.
Quadracci set up the firm on 13 July 1971 in an abandoned millwork factory in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Seven years later the firm won the contract to print Newsweek, which enabled it to establish a consistent workload.
Just two weeks ago the firm hit the headlines after a brand new, 10-storey storage facility caught fire and collapsed at its huge Wisconsin factory.
Quadracci was known for his charitable donations in the Milwaukee area and his promotion of advanced technology for the printing industry.
