The Manchester-based company said the investment will allow it to take more control over its print work.
Publicity managing director Alan Povey said: “Installing our own Prosetter 74 allows us to be more independent. We are not working to anyone else’s timeframe and can deliver projects to clients when they need them.
“It also means that any last minute client changes can be handled instantly and there is not the delay you can sometimes experience when using external suppliers.”
Publicity is currently in the process of expanding its premises and plans to invest in new machinery following recent growth in its customer base.
Recent additions to its client list include luxury property developers Hillcrest Homes and Westshield Homes, Martin Dawes, Shere Khan, Manchester’s five-star Lowry Hotel, Hurstwood Group and Meridian Business Support.
