Mark Moore, David Wootton and Neil Robinson all started the Newcastle business three years ago.
Printing.com chief executive Tony Rafferty said that he expected more of the companys franchises to follow suit.
The outlet will now become a territory manager for Newcastle and the North East area, with responsibility for selling the companys bolt-on franchises.
Rafferty also said Printing.coms second main production hub could be located in Ashford, Kent, which would enable it to supply customers in both London and Paris. It could be some way off, however. The groups only current hub is located in Salford.
