The move follows EFIs bid to acquire Printcafe, which is near to conclusion.
Printcafe Europe managing director Robert Berkeley confirmed that the company would give up the lease on its premises, but said no date had yet been set for the transfer of operations.
Printcafes staff were aware of the move, said Berkeley, and he hoped that all of them would remain with the company as the two operations were integrated.
EFI won the battle to acquire Printcafe after Creo decided to withdraw from the bidding in February (PrintWeek, 7 February).
