Polestar 4c is based at the groups Milton Keynes head office but is an autonomous business that will source print from outside the group if required.
4c, which stands for create, consolidate, collaborate and communicate, is headed up by managing director James Mollard and has 10 staff.
The business will use httprints e-Procurement and e-Catalogue software to manage the print buying process.
The discussions we are having with companies are not looking at specific items of print but how efficiently and effectively the company communicates through printed media, said Mollard.
