Managing director Paul Tasker expects the companys turnover this year to reach between 15m and 16m, up by more than a quarter on last year. He said: We feel the service works for both publishers and printers.
We can never be complacent and are always looking forward, and we believe it is right for us to keep improving the service to remain ahead of the competition, he added.
Expansion plans include an updating of the firms website to provide further integration and links with its business partners.
Watford-based PMS is the leading paper management service provider in the book publishing market, where it has more than 21 years experience and counts Random House Group and Hodder Headline among its customers.
As well as paper expertise, advice and administration support, PMS offers a paper training facility where clients can develop their knowledge of paper.
PMS, which was founded in 1982, is one of the largest paper buyers in the book sector, handling 40,000 tonnes of paper a year.
