Pindar refines senior line-up

Pindar has made a number of changes to its senior management team.

Andrew Dalton is promoted to group chief executive, while Pindar Set chief executive Rick Lumby steps up to become deputy chairman.

Jeremy Ems, the former marketing manager of Chorleys, who has spent several years based in Australasia, is working with the group as sales director in an interim capacity to "develop an integrated sales strategy".

As a result of the reshuffle Pindar has parted company with Mark Sneddon, who took over as managing director of its main Eastfield print site last August. Chairman Andrew Pindar said the group was "cohering its offering". "Our structure is evolving and as a result we no longer need an MD."

Kevin Cushing, the owner of two AlphaGraphics franchises in Minneapolis, has become chief executive of that part of the group, replacing Mike Witte who left earlier this year.
