Shares in Mastermailer, which has a 10-year print deal with Document Management Solutions in Caerphilly, South Wales, began trading on the exchange this month.
Mastermailer finance director Christopher Sandison said: "We will use this money [from the share placement] to expand into Europe, and already have people in Germany and France. We expect to expand into the US next year."
The group's flagship product is the laser-printable Mastermailer, a mailer that combines an A4 sized letterhead with an envelope on one self-sealed form.
