It will close its Lasswade site, which housed Waddies Marketing Services and was previously Polton Press, before it was acquired by Waddies last year (PrintWeek, 4 May 2001).
Waddies Marketing Services will now operate from Pillans & Wilson in Leith Walk, Edinburgh and the Waddies site in Livingston.
Chief executive Bob Hodgson said: "Were simply moving all our business on to two sites but the job cuts wont all be from Lasswade."
Hodgson is adamant that the 100 voluntary redundancies will be group-wide from both shop floor and management positions.
"Its inevitable that when two companies join there is duplication of job roles," said Hodgson.
