It will also be showing the new Xerox DocuColor 8000. Joint managing director Mark Duffelen said many customers wanted a simple tool to make it easier for customers to send jobs.
Jobs can be submitted using Psychic either with a web browser or via a desktop icon. "When a customer has created a file it should be just as easy to send it to a print provider as it is to their desktop printer," said Duffelen. "Many printers don't want a big automated workflow. They want a way to get jobs in."
Psychic is based on Markzware and Fileflow products and was developed for Xeretec by Sussex-based PDF Solutions. Submitted jobs are pre-flighted and the customer is sent a soft proof if the file passes or a pre-flight report if it fails.
Alongside the DocuColor 8000 the firm will also be exhibiting the Xerox Nuvera 120 mono machine and a full range of EFI products including PrintSmith MIS, and the Digital Store Front e-commerce tool.
