The Hove-based group has already printed the International Olympic Committee brochure and will produce other material for the bid at its Westway plant in Luton.
Group managing director Paul Utting said the group was "proud to be supplying the bid with printing services."
He added: "We believe that a wining Olympic bid will create new business opportunities for the UK in general and leave a long-lasting sports legacy for everyone."
Wyndeham has something of a history of supporting sport. Earlier this month, it hosted a "Gentlemen vs. Players" cricket match between representatives of the publishing and printing industries.
