Oc will unveil a series of initiatives, including specialist sales consultants and end-user support. Business unit director Simon Wheeler is "realigning" his 20-strong sales force in a bid to maximise customer interaction and support".
"A key theme that recurs time and again is flexibility," he said. "Increasingly, the industry needs to provide a service that is fleet of foot and doesn't require huge amounts of up-front investment."
As part of the strategy, Oc has appointed Mark Allen as northern sales manager. He has been with Oc for two years and has also worked for Heidelberg's former digital division.
