It is expecting to save a further 10m (EUR15m) next year by increasing redundancies from 1,100 to 1,350.
Net income fell 32% to 13m on revenues of down 16% to 476m.
For the first half of the year both business units were hit hard. Digital Document Systems reported a decrease in machine sales of 28%. Wide Format Printing Systems saw machine sales fall 22%.
It didnt give guidance for the rest of the year, and it expected the dollar exchange rate would reduce revenue.
The firm is considering moving some assembly work from its Venlo plant in Holland to a country with lower employment costs. It has two assembly facilities in the Czech Republic.
