The direct marketing house, which employs 60 staff and has a turnover of 3.2m, has moved to a 2,100m building in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
Managing director Andy Fry said that the move would allow the firm to expand its year-old Prospect Warehouse data handling division, which currently employs six people and has a turnover of 400,000.
He said that the company had "a long shopping list" of kit to buy for the new factory.
No orders have been placed yet, but Fry said that digital kit would be a likely route to expand its variable data printing capacity.
"Personalised printing with images is where the industry will move in the next five years," he said.
The move to the new site from Haywards Heath was made on 18 April.
