The new firm has been set up following three months of negotiations between the directors of Cardiff-based printers Colourprint UK and liquidators PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Colourprint UK production manager Gerard Dunn said the new firm had been established with assistance from Colourprint, the Welsh Development Agency, Pembrokeshire County Council and the Welsh Assembly.
While unable to give any figures regarding funding, the business has a projected turnover of 2m for its first two years of business.
Dunn said some 14 staff had been re-employed from the firms original staff of 30.
Theres a market for this type of business, and the hope is we can expand the staff to 20, once the business takes off, said Dunn.
Haven Colourprint UK will operate at Havens former site at Pembroke Dock.
To begin with, Dunn said Colourprint UK would feed some of its existing work through the Haven business.
However once in full production, it would look to produce its previous output of marketing and promotional materials for local tourist industry clients such as Oakwood Park.
