Arrow Mailing Ltd was placed into administration on 5 July with NA Brackenbury and MJ Moore of Kroll appointed as joint administrators.

Arrow Mailing directors Craig Cronshaw and Paul McKinney immediately bought certain assets of the firm including goodwill and the right to use the name Arrow Mailing, through their company Arrow Mailing Group Ltd. 

The sale included the retention of the firm's 90 staff.

In a statement the directors said they hoped customers would continue to support the business going forward.
