The companys managing director Duncan Edwards said that margins in the sector were not sufficient to justify further investment.
We have had just over two years in the contract business and have concluded that it is not for us. We have taken the decision to use our talent, ideas and resources in other ways going forward, said Edwards.
The company has said that it intends to find employment for the 15-strong contract team at other NatMags titles.
NatMags contract division, which was established in 2001, produced Emporium for the British Airport Authority, Season for Waitrose and Modern Cooking for Samsung. Its other corporate clients included Moss Bros and Berkeley Homes.
The publishers other titles include Best, Company, Cosmo Girl, Cosmopolitan, Country Living, Esquire, Harpers & Queen, Prima and She.
