It printed both sides of the bags in four colours on its six-colour CI flexo press using a silver metallised cast polypropylene film with a self-seal strip.
The publisher, Motortech, chose Mercury due to the flexibility of its manufacturing facilities, enabling ultra-fast turnarounds.
Mercurys export sales have risen 20% in the last year from an overall turnover of 3m and it hopes to build on its international sales by expanding its distributor networks.
