A team of three current directors have bought the 11m-turnover group, which employs 140 staff, from joint managing directors Charles Davies and Gerald Hum-phreys, who are retiring.

Financial director Paul Foster, sales director James Sexton and production director Paul Aubrey make up the MBO team.

Foster told The Western Mail that 4.5m investment in the past five years had placed the group in "a very strong position." The printer counts blue-chips including GlaxoSmithKline, Panasonic, the Welsh Assembly and the British Library among its clients.
