They have taken over at the Pudsey firm, one of the UKs largest print finishers, from chairman and founder David Richmond.
Whitfield and Graham have been part of the team that changed Scorpio from a retail support business into a print finisher, and have overseen investment totalling almost 15m.
Richmond founded Scorpio in 1987. In 2001 the firm moved to an 8,000m2 purpose-built factory at Pudsey.
Whitfield said Scorpio had redefined the perception of print finishing within the industry over the past four years.
Scorpio would grow both organically and through acquisitions, he added.
Richmond said he was leaving Scorpio in the hands of an exceptional management team.
