The company is owned by PDQ and anticipates adding a total of 15 employees to its current workforce of 45. The company is also poised to unveil a new name, logo and announce the purchase of new equipment this week.
The company has a turnover of more than 4m and prints products including books, guides and calendars for the local area.
We are looking for local businesses to support the investment we have made in the local economy, said Maxiprint managing director Nick Ivel.
Retail designer and printer PDQ purchased Maxiprint last May (PrintWeek, 16 May 2003). In the time since the takeover, the companys premises have expanded to 1,700m2 from 400m2.
