Roger Bell, a former managing director of Aquaprint, will join at a later date as joint managing director.
The Luton-based company was formed with the backing of Mail Marketing International in Bristol.
"Theyve helped us to establish the operation and we will be working together sharing clients. Their support has given us added credibility," said Math.
The company is primarily looking to print reel to sheet letterheads, leaflets and terms and conditions in one and two colours.
Print 4 DM is operating in a "limited" capacity, but is looking to "really kick off" business in September.
