Former Waddington Chorleys chairman Mike Mitchell has been appointed deputy chairman of the John Mansfield Groups newly-created executive management committee (EMC).
Mitchell also becomes divisional chairman of each of the four main business units formed by Mansfield after its acquisitions of Waddington and Rexams printing division. Group chief executive David Jones will chair the EMC.
The group, soon to be renamed, has been divided into e-communications, direct marketing and direct mail, document services, and security products. It will also retain the colour cards businesses located in Canada, the US, France and Germany.
Richard Coulson, formerly of Chorleys, has been appointed IT director, while ex-Chorleys chief executive John Wells becomes managing director of the e-communications and direct mail and marketing divisions.
Two ex-Rexam employees, John Parker and David Murray, head up the document services and security products divisions respectively. Denise Moran, formerly of Chorleys, is direct mail director.
Jones said John Mansfield now had access to "an unparalleled range" of major financial institutions. "Our customer base is sufficiently strong and now we can do more for them."
"The whole ethos is teamwork," said Mitchell. "We will bring the four divisions right across the piece and take the benefits from each others strengths. Its a case of two and two making 22."
