The managing director of Maidenhead Printing clocked up speeds of 115mph in his Komori-sponsored Bora Turbo to take the chequered flag at Knockhill track near Dunfermline.
"It's virtually unheard of for a novice to win a race like this," said Fulbrook, who was driving in only his fourth race. The cup competition is a saloon-car racing championship involving several race meetings across Britain.
When he's not grappling the gears of his car, Fulbrook lives dangerously behind the controls of his firm's two Komori Lithrone presses.
