"The first Tri-Creaser paid for itself on the first job," said finishing operator Simon Young. "The results were so dramatic that within a few weeks we had purchased two more."
The firm has installed Tri-Creasers on three of its Stahl folders and two on the cover feeders of its Muller Martini stitching lines, a 321 and Bravo.
The Mansfield, Nottingham-based sheetfed house, part of the Linney Group, has also bought two Tech-ni-fold micro-perforating units and a Multi Tool.
