Letraset is set to develop a swathe of new products after an MBO.
Marketing director Martin Gibb, and sales director Mike Travers bought the Ashford-based company from Esselte UK for an undisclosed sum.
They had financial backing from Fortis Bank SA-NV and GLE Development Capital.
Gibb said the company would expand its range of products.
