Landa Digital Printing has beefed up its EMEA team in anticipation of further growth in its customer base.

The Israel-headquartered digital press manufacturer said it was “aggressively expanding its global team and business development infrastructure”.

Steve Donegal joined the business as regional sales manager for the UK and Ireland earlier this year.

He has been joined by Rob Engelman, who is regional sales manager for Benelux, Nordics and Baltics.

Engelman previously worked at HP for more than 20 years in sales and business development roles.

Fran Zanier has become EMEA marketing manager.

Zanier most recently worked at B2B e-commerce platform Onedirect and retail technology firm Checkpoint Systems.

Earlier in his career he also spent almost a decade working at HP.

Landa Digital Printing chief business officer Sharon Cohen said the trio would play a “crucial” role in expanding the firm’s presence in the region and meeting its growth targets.

“In addition to new press sales, we’re delighted to see customers from both EMEA and North America acquiring a second press to meet demand. What’s more, and this is really exciting, we’re also seeing more and more big global brands now designing their campaigns and production requirements around medium run, high quality digital print – it genuinely feels like a new category of print has been born,” she stated.

Landa recently invested in a new European ink manufacturing facility in the Netherlands to meet growing demand in the region.
