Lacoste opts for Lumisty from Madico for landmark window display

Fashion house Lacoste used Madico's vision control film Lumisty for a recent window display at London's Selfridges.

Lumisty changes appearance from translucent to transparent depending on the angle of view, concealing the window display until passers by are directly in front.

According to Lacoste the visual effect worked well and achieved the brand's aim of turning heads.

"The success of this project underscores the creative possibilities of Lumisty in promotional retail and product display applications," said Madico managing director Andy Voss. "Lumisty's practical uses continue to make the product a hit among interior designers, marketers, architects and retail branding specialists."

The 2.5m x 5m panels were installed by London-based Creative Services.

Lumisty is part of the firm's range of PVC-free printable window films.
