Under the tie-up, Founder's largest outside its domestic market, the first project will be to launch a co-branded EagleRIP for newspapers.
On its launch in the first quarter of 2005, KPG will initially sell the EagleRIP with the Newsetter to newspapers in the Asia Pacific region.
KPG director of corporate and worldwide marketing communications Beth Hogan Scott said: "KPG is committed to providing our customers with a choice so that they have the opportunity to determine what best suits their business application."
The product will be available alongside the three existing workflows, from Parascan, HighWater and KPG's own Newsconnect.
No further link-ups on products have been decided, but Hogan Scott said: "I'm sure that we will continue to explore other areas where it makes sense for the two of us to collaborate."
