She will have a role in developing business strategy and will oversee all marketing activities for the Commercial Printing division co-ordinating marketing between the group's subsidiaries.
"Her experience in all aspects of the industry will be instrumental to the growth and development of the business," said Eastman Kodak Commercial Printing president James Langley. "Pellow understands the markets we are serving as well as the competitive landscape."
Pellow was Gannett professor of printing and publishing at the Rochester Institute of Technology's School of Print Media.
