The Norwich firm has created four new positions. Paul Allard becomes planning and pre-press operations manager, Spencer Armes commercial operations manager, Graham Fielding press operations manager, and Alan Monsey takes the role of bindery operations manager.
Managing director Charles Jarrold said it was the key strategy of Jarrold Printing to constantly improve the levels of quality, efficiency and service we offer clients. This is the main reason for the internal promotion of these experienced individuals.
Last month, Jarrold removed a raft of senior managers. It has, however, retained the services of former technical manager Andrew Hawkins on a consultancy basis.
