The Manchester-based online PDA and mobile phone supplier reverted to in-house printing to increase its responsiveness to market price changes.
EXpansys purchased a Xerox DocuColor 6060, combined with a Creo RIP and Horizon Colorworks booklet maker.
Content and design manager Ian Harrison said the 6060 would allow the company to produce customer catalogues on a daily basis.
The machine fits perfectly into our workflow, and enables us to produce 60,000 sheets a month from a PC, said Harrison.
The 6060 will also be used to produce flyers and direct mail for eXpansys an area that it is looking to expand.
