Westvaco is renaming the multimedia packaging companies it acquired last year as AGI Media Packaging from 1 February.
The division will incorporate the entertainment packaging businesses in the US and Europe, DuBOIS Holdings (UK) and AGI Media Packaging Haarlem (Holland). Chief executive Lee Newbon said the sector would service multinational customers without losing sight of local responsiveness.
